Conference fee
The registration for the conference will be 55 EUR or 45 EUR (for students and retirees).
The conference fee covers:
Conference materials;
Refreshments during the conference (coffee-breaks);
Conference reception at the first day of the conference;
Short sightseeing tour of Olomouc historical centre.
The conference fee does not cover:
Lunches (If you wish to have lunches at a university cafeteria conveniently placed directly at the conference venue, you may order them as an extra item in the registration form bellow. In that case, you will be charged 6 EUR extra per lunch. If you prefer to have lunches on your own accord, there is a number of restaurants within walking distance of the conference venue.)
Dinner banquet (June 16th): 35EUR The banquet will be held at a high quality Podkova restaurant near the conference venue (see website).
Trip to the historic town of Kroměříž (June 17th): 50EUR (details here – .pdf)

All colleagues interested in participation must be registered via on-line registration form bellow by May 25, 2017.

The payment will be processed at the registration desk after your arrival to Olomouc.

Please start by completing and submiting the registration form on the left. After submitting, you will be asked about your preferred payment method (online credit card payment in EUR or a bank transfer). Payment should be made by May 26, 2017; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only CZK or equivalent amount in EUR) or by credit card at the registration desk.

3. CASH or CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ON REGISTRATION DESK UPON ARRIVAL
If you choose to pay by cash or card at the conference desk, you will be charged 5 EUR extra.

Cancellation and refund policy:
If you choose to cancel your registration, please contact konferencniservis@upol.cz. If you do so by May 10th, the registration fee will be refunded to you after deducing 5 EUR cancellation fee for administrative costs. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 10th . All approved refunds will be payed out after the conference.
